Formally known as "I Should Be Folding Laundry," I now rest my website home here, at Beth Fletcher and Company. I am a Mom and professional with many interests and a love for good people and tasty food. The more homemade it is, the better. 

When it comes to food, I hope to inspire the ones who aren't so confident in front of the oven. I want you to slowly inch your way out of your shell and learn to cook, bake and host confidently. My goal is to encourage you to see recipes as guidelines, with you as the primary recipe contributor..

And for Moms who are just struggling to make it through the day, I want to encourage you to take a deep breath and slow down a bit. When we are constantly moving around and planning, we aren't able to appreciate simple moments. So, stir your food with intention and set your table with appreciation. Everything is going to be okay.
